What types of roles are available?
We offer a wide range of positions, from performers and craftsmen to support staff. Currently we are hiring for the following positions: Customer Services Representative, Booth Prep/Cook,, Concessions Sales, Area Supervisor, Runner, Booth Supervisor, Special Events Server, Gift Shops, Games/Rides, Catering, and Security.
Is this a full-time or part-time opportunity?
Roles may vary, but we offer both part-time and full-time opportunities.
Available Roles at Arkansas Renaissance Festival
We are hiring for the following roles. All roles are paid positions.
Construction & Day Labor
Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30: Pay $15-$20 an Hour
Food Service Manager
Hiring Managers for 5 Restaurants. This is a weekend job. Management must be available all dates. 3 positions available.
Food Service Employee
Cook and Servers for 5 Restaurants. This is a weekend job. Not required to work all weekends but the more the better. 30+ positions available
Retail & Guest Services
Helping run retail locations as well as ticket sales on-site. This is a weekend job. Not required to work all weekends but the more the better. 20+ positions available
Parking Lot Manager
Looking to hire well organized team player who can run a team of parking staff must be able to problem solve and have good communication skills.This is a weekend job. Management must be available all dates. 1 position available.
Parking Lot Staff
Help direct traffic and customers find parking spots. This is a weekend job. Not required to work all weekends but the more the better. 15+ positions available.
Event Support Staff
Helping ensure water is available and that trash cans are empty and the event needs that arise are met. This is a weekend job. Not required to work all weekends but the more the better. 5 positions available
Area Lead
Help Support and lead an area of the festival and ensure Vendors, Entertainers, and Customers expectations are met. This is a weekend job. Must be available on all dates. 4 positions available.
